We’ll prepare and submit all of the proper OPM Disability Retirement forms for you, including both the “informational OPM Forms (SF 3107) and “specific content” OPM Forms (SF 3112).
It’s not enough to just answer the forms; you need to know exactly what the legal requirements are — in advance — in order to meet the specific legal criteria to prove your case. These forms are not exactly designed to help you to qualify for Federal Disability Retirement. On the contrary, the spaces they provide makes them deliberately inadequate to provide all of the legal and medical information you will need in order to prepare, formulate and file an effective Federal Disability Retirement submission.
Along with the required OPM Disability Retirement forms, Attorney McGill will also write a legal memorandum with pertinent case laws that apply to your case. With this document, your counsel will make all of the necessary legal argumentation in case your claim is denied at the initial OPM Disability Retirement stage, and especially if your case will need to be evaluated later by more seasoned OPM Attorneys who will try to do their best to deny your disability application.
